California Native Plant Garden Tours
Most native garden tours happen in the Spring. Check out the dates of upcoming Spring tours and put them on your calendar early, so you don't miss them. Some of these tours require pre-registration, so watch out for that. Some of these tours are also accompanied by plant sales and talks.

Bring Back the Natives Garden Tour A self-guided free tour of 50 gardens in the East Bay Sunday, May 1, 2011: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pre-registration required at their website Although the tour is free, to help defray the cost of the tour, they would appreciate a $10 donation if possible. Bay-Friendly Garden Tour A free self-guided tour of over 30 bay-friendly gardens in Alameda County, not all native plants Sunday, May 15, 2011 : 10am – 4pm Pre-registration required before May 6th at their website. Guides cost $10 and space is limited.
California Native Garden Tour A tour of private sustainable native gardens in Santa Cruz County Sunday, June 12, 2011 : 10am – 5pm Pre-registration required for this free and self-guided tour on their website.
